We perform independent reviews of financial statements and other financial information, report findings on procedures mutually agreed-upon with clients or third parties based on certain criteria (agreed-upon procedures), assist client management in presenting financial information in the form of financial statements, also known as compilations, and prepare financial statements and forecasts and projections of financial information based on client-prepared assumptions using records, documents, explanations, and other information provided by management.
